'Conversation with the Building' was conceived of and completed at the Prairie Center of the Arts in Peoria, Illinois, where I spent three months as an artist-in-residence. The project consists of several site-specific installations that converse with architectural elements in the amazing attic of the old brick studio building (120 years old) that served as a rope factory until the 1970s.
